This CBM has tricked people into thinking that they can dodge bullets, while they DON'T! We have deceived them (NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!)

Fix the desc, and that's it

Describe alternatives you've considered

• Not doing this and keep refunding people who got tricked into thing that they can remake that scene from the Matrix
• Adds flag for bullets to route them into throwing code when uncanny dodge is activated, which requires C++, and some wacky balance thingy
