Summary

Balance "[DinoMod] dinos hot and cold"

Purpose of change

Realism

Describe the solution

Updates raptor mutations and DinoMod monsters and mutations to match current science on hot and cold blood. Ornithischians like stegosaurus evolved back to be cold blooded again just to be difficult.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Fight science to win

Testing

Game loads no errors in vanilla, injected a whole lot of raptor serum and it appeared to work as intended without errors
