Purpose of change
Describe the solution
Added craft and uncraft recipes for gravelbag. I set requirement of 2700 units of gravel (in comparison with 3000 units of sand) as I think one need less gravel to fill a sack because of gravel's less tight filling.
Also I lowered required
DIGquality for sandbag, earthbag, and gravelbag from 3 to 2 as both wooden shovel and snow shovel are perfectly capable of filling the sack with loose material.Describe alternatives you've considered

Testing
Started game, opened crafting menu, checked for gravelbag.
