Summary

Balance "Both types of stone spears can be uncrafted"

Purpose of change

I got a stone spear from a cunning feral and was dismayed that I couldn't take it apart!

Describe the solution

Both the simple stone spear and the stone spear are now able to be disassembled.

Describe alternatives you've considered

I wasn't sure whether the string should be recoverable after disassembly. I decided that the character unties the string instead of cutting it apart.

Testing

I made a debug world and crafted both spears. Before this edit, they could not be taken apart, but now they can! I ran the json_formatter properly this time (I think).
