Include a menu option to allow groups to migrate high level data (project name, awards, award values) as a csv file (or something similar).

This wizard migrates the high level data over (as a csv) to the Ethereum Blockchain where we will be
running the production version of this software. Any token data will be tied to the old blockchain and will not be transferrable.

1: Migrate Project Names

4: Migrate Project Names, Award Data, and History.
