The goal of this release is to remove the dependency of Rx. While Flax is intended to work easily with Rx it has no real benefit within Flax (aside maybe some boilerplate reduction). This will likely break the sample projects so it will also include updating them.

This will also include unit tests within the flax module (it will not include unit tests for sample projects, yet).

This release will also clean up the files included in the git repository as there wasn't really any effort put into ignoring certain file types.
