Supporting the release of KSP2 For Science!

Did some brief testing and there were no changes in the API used so should work as before.

By default the map will hide the orbits of bodies that are not the Parent or Child body of what you are currently orbiting.
Orbit of target body is also displayed.

Mod UI includes a toggle to display all orbits to disable the current behaviour.
