scheduling agent similar to Max CI. Realistic D2D UE Mac Layer Enhanved to support unassisted D2D mode. A new Autnomous Scheduler created. A scheduling agent created for using heuristics. To Do: Test whether it completely bypasses the info from eNodeB and does own scheduling.
Added TCP based configuration in OMNeT++
Added classes for different schedulers MaxCI, PF and DRR
Changes to AMC and Physical layer of UE
Fix for error when finishing simulation.
Created a parameter "NumBands" in Binder to read number of bands. Added an entries for enabling Random scheduler in LteCommon , MAC layer.

MAC buffers, to destination from peering compatible map in Binder. AMC: Fixed bug to consider itself as a peer and search as for feedback of Destination device. It was considering the first always. AMC: Enhanced to consider D2D direction for feedback. AMC: Enhanced to present information about it's ID. Binder: Create a global variable containing BSR Maps of all the nodes in the simulation MAC: Created a parameter for unassisted D2D Band Width Stealing. MAC UE: Enhancements to support for unassisted D2D Band Width Stealing. (Handle D2D directions only, prevent creation of BSR, handle BSR through a global variable, Make PDU packets skipping BSR creation, Request SDU if buffers empty, Grant in D2D only, RAC takes in Node ID and not Connection ID) Scheduler: Created new grant type for D2D direction. Scheduler 1289: Introduced Random and Serial method of allocation.
