DOC: illustrate how to use BoostMatrix #353

Preview here at latest (not stable)

Follow-up to #352, were we boost in a general direction with BoostMatrix instead of BoostZMatrix.

This is needed for BESIII analyses, where the CMS in the lab frame is $(E, p_x, 0, 0)$, not $(E, 0, 0, p_z)$.
