DESCRIBE THE BUG:
The Inspector button tooltips no longer show when you hover over a button. In previous versions of Final Cut Pro, it should show "Title Inspector" when hovering over the "Title Inspector" button for example.

TO REPRODUCE:
Hover over a button at the top of the Final Cut Pro Inspector.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR:
It should show the correct tooltips.
