sometimes non-UH students actually want to join and pay dues

the unique ID lookup approach wouldn't work unless we can hand out codes or something ;-)

According to our constitution:

Section 1: The membership of this organization will consist of part-time or
full-time currently enrolled University of Houston (Main Campus) students.

I guess we can't take non-UH dues. Unless we change the constitution.

To give my input: For the things that dues don't cover, like free usage of
university grounds, access to faculty and staff, etc. are also payed for by
members by way of their tuition & fees which non UH students don't pay.
Also, as an official UH club there are some rules there, and don't forget
CougarCS is the official ACM Chapter for UH. It just makes sense that it is
for UH students.
