I'd be concerned about not being able to use the thumbsticks in the main menu, what HMD is this and what method of playing are you using? |
Headset is Pimax Crystal & controllers are oculus & shipped with the headset. Not sure what you mean by "what method of playing are you using" |

Hello, sorry, I missed replying to this. Have you tried updating your vc redistributables? I'm not seeing much useful data in the log |
No worries on the reply, everyone has a life. Thanks for all that you do with this mod pack. I have enjoyed the hell out of it! I have not updated the redistributables. Not sure what that is exactly...rerun the 2.0-5 wabbajack file? |
I mean these: As for the method, if this was on a quest or another wireless headset trying Steam Link or another usb cable might've helped. |
got it...the headset is capable of standalone mode, but I haven't messed with it. When I was able to run Ygg with the new headset, it was tethered. I figured it wouldn't be able to handle the game standalone mode. I'll run the file tonight after work & report back. |
Sounds good, also check if the headset's driver has any updates or updated by itself without you knowing

Sorry for not getting back to you sooner @CritLoren. Running the redistributables had no effect. Both headset & controller firmware is/was utd. Edit:
|
you can try updating the engine fixes, if you're that behind. you'll need to install one part in MO2 and the other manually extract and replace in your game folder |
Describe the bug
I am unable get past the initial menu screen. I am unable to use Oculus controller thumbsticks to scroll up/down the menu to select another save/new game/or any of the other options. All I can do now is trigger into the last save/lContinue game. On this action, I immediately get CTD. I got a new headset, but was able to play several times with it before this started, so I don't think that is the issue.

Additional context
My copy of Skyrim is legit. I have close to 1000 hours in this mod list so I am familiar with launching MO2, starting/accessing menus & navigating the game. Other than the new headset & controllers, no physical changes to PC & stats above are unchanged since I migrated from Narcil to Yggdrasil. I have a lot of time into this particular save & would hate to start over from scratch. Any help would be much appreciated!
EDIT - Oculus controllers & thumbsticks work everywhere else in VR.
