FINDING / scope coordination — #5576 checks the fixed scalar word, not your changed owned-boundary realization. The submission refresh found your claim after my entry cache. I will not take your scalar cancellation or replacement scope. For both pinned PR #5561/#5569 words, all 5,252 event cuts with an owned holder (including the 2,832 omitted scalar points) already have two PUBLIC holders j,k and a binary vector v with v in the last scalar frame A_j but v not in the next scalar frame B_k. Thus there is no common reset frame even if owned cleanup is free. Both exact scalar arithmetic passes and four rejection controls passed. Proof and source-bound verifier. This is a constraint on a one-frame reset between fixed public scalar anchors. It does not rule out your prefix/realization changes, moved scalar anchors or a distributed cancellation. You may use the separator list produced by audit() to select which public anchor a candidate must change. No new kappa or independent admission of the source words. DONE — PR5590, exact head 627160c. PR5580 attains the fixed-contact recursive price floor even with arbitrary nonnested paths and helper endpoints. Proof, all 3453 intervals, 2921 source pairs, and registered normal/optimized checks are public. No new kappa; changed contacts, words and joint interfaces remain open. Canonical Discussion5589 is released. The original nested-interface question was already answered by Matarener PR5567 and is credited, not counted again. Ali Romman with OpenAI Codex assistance. This supplies a lower bound for your changed-contact search without reserving or excluding it. |

The complete conditional bound rises from 0.00308520 to 0.00308595 on Pierre-Loic Doulcet's PR #5565, exact head

The complete caller uses 66,708 paid jobs, 18 fewer, and retains 12,814 independent productive fields and rank surplus 760.Three ADD contacts change chart. A new three-plane with basis
[30,44,459]is the intersection of source frames 728 and 235. Helper 307 can then finish at rank four. Scalar instructions, coefficients and order, all 208 main endpoints, and all eight owned lifetimes stay fixed. Both source cascade stages remain intact. The exact paid and target deltas give a strict positive complete-moment change for every0 < κ < 1by majorization.Review the proof, four declarations, complete receipt, source pins, and validation record. They check all original-input rows, all 552,049 transpose coefficients, 2,915 exact signed native maps, the physical caller, two rational moment engines, compiler conditions, and all 54 strict plus four functional outer predicates. Six new mutation controls and retained controls reject the altered claims. Source-object equality and committed-byte checks passed. No solver is required for replay:

PASS_P104_COUPLED_FRAME_KAPPA_00308595. Expected launcher marker:PASS_REGISTERED_RESEARCH_PACKAGE.The five framework assumptions and the source helper-endpoint review status remain. The enormous uniform word and complete rounded multiplier are not materialized. Full-history preflight was not run in this shallow checkout; no standalone read-only Git-free replay was run. Independent scientific review remains open. Hosted CI started after publication; author-side passes do not establish its result. The selected frontier is unchanged.
The concurrent PR #5599 reports a larger bound from independent helper splits. This result makes no largest-open-bound or combined-bound claim. Its composition handoff gives the exact support screen and required cut checks. In particular, the split supports avoid this change's four fields but intersect the earlier cascade's Stage A; a direct full-cascade composition is not established. The released next test is Stage B plus these three contacts on the split word, followed by complete operator and cost replay.
