DONE / RELEASED — 1/10: Construct a shorter G20 word: 245 fewer ADDs per call with exact endpoints. The emitted source word removes 245 ADDs per local call (4,410 over the 18-call source) and lowers the local positive majorant from 3,189,524 to 2,653,582. Every native query and productive target remains. All eligible contiguous four-role windows are at a strict-improvement fixed point; this is not a global circuit optimum or a new kappa. Validation: Registered normal/optimized checks, complete forward/reverse 685-axis endpoints, all native/owned boundaries, four semantic controls and a read-only Git-free optimized replay pass. Frozen source corruption rejects. Hosted scientific replay and independent acceptance are pending.. Exact head |

CLAIM — native-frame path removal after actual G20 circuit resynthesis. Source: PR5807 at 9f80a2d, with PR5708's frozen native frames and legal nested-edge paths. Main refreshed to de5ec2e, priority8. The previous construction is published and released. Question: can the shorter exact scalar word omit an entire native frame visit and improve the paid profile? I will re-emit every local route using the source's actual nested-edge graph, preserve all 685 arbitrary inputs and 48 owned roles, and compare the complete signed invoice. A favorable candidate needs exact native geometry, all-input replay and full context/cost evidence. The first bounded search uses only source-certified edges; it does not grant new native gates or cheap unknown transport. If no paid gain survives, release the route screen without a count-only PR. This is local native-query routing. PR5805's external ROW port-marker binding, the G20 normalizer words, and active P104 payload/repair/caller scopes are distinct. Live open PRs and active discussions were checked. Unpublished work and arbitrary diffs remain limits. Credit PR5708, PR5807, Dugongue, ai-nanachi and all retained source authors. FINDING / RELEASE — the G20 path screen gives the same local paid histogram after resynthesis. The search used only existing certified nested edges. No paid gain was found, and no extra PR is counted for this screen. CLAIM — materialize and verify the exact PR5806 hybrid. I take PR5806's explicit released handoff: its source-defined sum/hub/two-block composition has an informal proof but no emitted hybrid or scientific replay. I will build that exact hybrid, authenticate the four source pins, replay all arbitrary columns, native maps/phases, physical caller, complete invoice and compiler/outer inequalities, and find a strict certified saving for its actual bill. This is construction and validation, not a claim of the composition idea, which remains with PR5806 and its parent authors. I will not search the active mixed-payload, retained-copy or new-hub domains. Pins: PR5806 20e7289; PR5802 9bab1ca; PR5795 206cb71; PR5786 6b936ac; PR5796 4b30391. Canonical main and priority8 are unchanged after the pivot refresh. Live PR and Discussion overlap was checked; unpublished work remains a limit. Success requires a real portable word, complete price and controls. Stop with a specific incompatibility if full replay fails. All five framework assumptions remain. No selected-frontier change, merge or closure. Credit Dugongue/PR5806, Ali Romman's parent constructions, Joel Pulikkan/GamingPuzzled, flyingviper and every retained source author. DONE / RELEASED — 2/10: Conditional κ = 0.00312360607355 (+0.00000024550355 over #5802). The exact PR5806 hybrid is now materialized and fully checked. Its 25,982-instruction word gives 13,444 targets and 66,906 paid calls. Conditional kappa is .00312360607355, with raw crossing (.00312360607454,.00312360607455). The next 1e-14 grid point fails the fixed reserve; the five framework assumptions remain. Composition credit belongs to PR5806 and its parent constructions. Validation: Complete primary and registered normal/optimized scientific checks pass. The final compact export passes the complete -I -O -B Git-free replay with empty PATH and read-only files. Committed-byte, export, metadata and seven final source/binding controls pass. Hosted scientific replay and independent acceptance remain pending.. Exact head |

CLAIM — sparse Walsh bases for the actual 111 G20 port interfaces. Source interface: PR5798 eaa9cc8, with PR5801's exact words and PR5805's released route-marker contract as comparators. Main is de5ec2e, priority8; live PRs, active Discussions and the historical cache were checked. Changed premise: the old words implement a fixed dense normalizer W. The port theorem only needs W to send the central line and its complement to the actual line and complement. I will choose a new basis with sparse Walsh blocks where the actual source supports permit it, emit both exact dyadic words, and check all 111 conjugations, inverse products, reflected paired actions and actual route counts. Any gain must be a lower complete primitive count under the same explicit symbolic tariff, not a fictional Gaussian credit. The old basis is a comparator, not a constraint. This takes no physical tape/ROW implementation or new payload-query scope. Those remaining obligations stay explicit. The smallest witness is an actual source port; the full bounded domain is all 111 published port interfaces and their 7,548 marker uses. Stop if the source directions do not permit the basis or the complete count loses. New evidence is LOCAL-ONLY. Credit PR5798/5801/5805, ToikY, Dugongue, ai-nanachi and all retained G20/ROW authors. New construction by Ali Romman with substantial OpenAI Codex assistance, no subagents. Expiry2026-10-27T01:00:00Z. No new kappa or selected-frontier change is assumed. |

DONE / RELEASED — 3/10: Cut G20 port route words by 73% with exact sparse bases. Three-butterfly port words reduce actual marker operations from 276556 to 74460. Every named coefficient count falls, so every positive tariff assignment improves. A complete scale-free alternative removes all scales when its explicit quarter-ADD tariff condition holds. No kappa or physical ROW admission is claimed. Validation: All 111 ports in two constructions, both inverse products, every complement column, literal reflected 16-axis action and all 7548 actual route joins pass. Registered normal/-O, Git-free read-only export, exact committed bytes and three semantic controls pass. Hosted CI and independent admission remain separate.. Exact head |

CLAIM — materialize and minimize the physical owned pool of the exact PR5812 caller. Main de5ec2e, priority8 was refreshed. Live open PRs and updated Discussions plus cached historical overlap were checked. PR5763 supplies an allocator but does not prove source reuse. PR5814 concerns recursive tape dispatch, not this local lifetime schedule. Active historical-query and changed-ownership claims in5645/5600 remain outside this scope. Source PR5812 is049714cf00952f58d2f48ef596445f5f08590ff8. It has28 owned labels and13 simultaneous lifetimes. I will extract exact owned uses, remove dead private-only suffixes/lifetimes where the source permits it, move INIT/CLEAR to the first/last retained use, and apply the source-pinned optimal interval allocator. Emit the complete renamed word and prove that public arbitrary-input endpoints, native frame arguments and the complete paid/target profile agree. Any removed native cost must be recomputed, not assumed. A mere lifetime declaration is not sufficient. The budget is the full finite25982-event word; stop at the exact liveness fixed point and minimum slot allocation for its resulting chronology. Do not change public query contents, add target credit, take the live history-reconstruction scope, or infer a global space/kappa optimum. New evidence is LOCAL-ONLY. Credit David Arias, Cinna Davis, Gareth Davidson, Dugongue, all P104/ROW source authors and PR5763. Ali Romman with substantial OpenAI Codex assistance; no subagents. Expiry2026-10-27T04:00:00Z. DONE / RELEASED — 4/10: Materialize P104 in 12 private slots while preserving every native query. Actual owned addresses fall28 to12, live peak13 to12, and local scalar allowance225026 to224976. The full25975-instruction word is emitted; all paid queries and productive targets remain fixed. No new kappa is claimed. Validation: Full782-axis forward and611524-coefficient reverse replay,21663 exact public observations, every native payload/frame, independent pool occupancy and12-way minimum witness pass. Registered normal/-O, committed bytes, export and sealed Git-free replay pass.. Exact head |

CLAIM — exact dyadic representation gauges for the actual P104 private word. Main de5ec2e and priority8 are refreshed. Live PRs/Discussions and cached historical gauge overlap were checked. Source is the released PR5822 twelve-slot word. This does not take PR5819's sharp error/precision audit or the live history-query and productive-ownership investigations. I will rescale private values by exact signed powers of two, compensate every ADD/COPY coefficient, and permit a new representation gauge at each actual private SCALE. Optimize the complete retained scalar tariff with the released exact min-cut tool, then emit the full word and prove arbitrary-input/native linear equivalence. Native address maps, public target boundaries and query ranks stay fixed. No hidden conversion operations are free: the only free boundary is a reset owned zero; changing a nonzero gauge must be expressed in the transformed source operation. The full source word is the bounded domain. Push beyond per-buffer greedy choices to the coupled optimum and supply a dual cut certificate or a precise domain limit. Stop if the complete emitted allowance fails to improve. This is a finite compiler-cost construction, not a kappa claim. Credit the P104 source authors, PR5822 and PR5783. New work by Ali Romman with substantial OpenAI Codex assistance; no subagents. LOCAL-ONLY until publication. Expiry2026-10-27T04:15:00Z. |

DONE / RELEASED — 5/10: Construct globally optimal private dyadic gauges for the complete P104 word. The complete scalar allowance falls224976 to224880 per call, saving1728 across18 calls. Seventy instructions change and12 private SCALEs disappear. The optimum covers all signed power-of-two gauges in the declared private grammar; native maps, paid ranks and targets stay fixed. Validation: All45 representation nodes,15 components and exact flow/cut duals pass. Complete source-step/native linear invariants,782-axis forward and611524-coefficient reverse replay, registered normal/-O, committed bytes and sealed Git-free replay pass.. Exact head |

CLAIM — trace-aware scalar resynthesis on the exact released G20 word. Main de5ec2e, priority8 and live overlap are refreshed. Source PR5807 is9f80a2dfc160351e49ea82d3b3d9354d7329ead8. Its contiguous four-role minima remain predecessor evidence. This changes the domain to noncontiguous gates separated by operations that provably commute, including disjoint native events. The G20 physical ROW/cover scopes remain outside this claim. I will apply exact cancellation and three-gate transvection identities across the actual dependency trace, descend to a fixed point, and compare every actual queried payload and owned boundary, complete arbitrary-input endpoints, paid profile, owned peak and positive scalar majorant. A changed global whole-row snapshot at an unrelated native event is permitted only with an explicit commutation proof; a changed queried value is not. No query is declared free from a sampled value. Stop if the complete source-derived word has no gain. A positive result must emit the full word, source-index edit evidence and complete cost comparison. This is a finite construction, not a new kappa or global circuit minimum. Credit PR5807, PR5708/5679, Dugongue, ai-nanachi and all retained G20 authors. DONE / RELEASED — 6/10: Remove 1350 G20 ADDs through exact dependency-trace resynthesis. The source-derived word removes75 ADDs per call,1350 over18 calls, through68 strict replacements in five rounds. The positive majorant falls2653582 to2625858. Every actual queried/reset value is identical; native and target profiles stay fixed. Validation: Exact four-role distance certificates and truth tables, every native/reset input, all685 arbitrary input columns in both directions, paid profile and positive majorant pass. CLAIM — optimize complete P104 public and private dyadic representations, including boundary costs. Main de5ec2e, priority8, live PRs/Discussions and cached public-gauge overlap were refreshed at this pivot. The short G20 common-edge/dependent-payload screen found no candidates, including legal disjoint-event retiming windows; that screen is not counted as a contribution. Source is released PR5824 at5bd6b7026fc2d3f6e18e065f46fbf508344e6f17. Its private optimum remains predecessor evidence. The new domain includes every public representation and SCALE epoch, with explicit entry and exit SCALEs. I will derive the full source L1 coefficient objective and seek an exact integer potential plus a matching conserved-flow lower bound. The checker will prove the objective on unbounded exponents independently of the search solver, emit all physical scalar conversions and verify the complete arbitrary-input/native representation invariant. No positive boundary operation is omitted. Query maps/ranks and productive targets stay fixed. This does not take the live history-query, changed productive-owner, or sharp precision/error scopes. Stop at a complete primal/dual optimum with a lower actual scalar allowance, or release without a PR. Retain all P104 credits and PR5824's source lineage. New work by Ali Romman with substantial OpenAI Codex assistance; no subagents. LOCAL-ONLY until publication. Expiry2026-10-27T04:45:00Z. No selected-frontier change or automatic kappa claim. |

DONE / RELEASED — 7/10: Save 438012 P104 scalar primitives with a complete optimal gauge construction. The complete scalar allowance falls224880 to200546, saving24334 per call and438012 across18 calls. All384 entry and399 exit SCALEs are paid. The26351-instruction word has a new explicit operation bound and directly verified growth envelope; all native ranks and targets remain fixed. Validation: Exact1540-node/22763-edge conserved dual proves the unbounded optimum. All charged boundaries, complete source-step/native linear invariants,782-axis forward and611524-coefficient reverse checks, explicit new operation/growth bounds and source local allowance pass. CLAIM — minimize exact field amplification among complete cost-optimal P104 gauges. Main de5ec2e, priority8 and live PR/Discussion overlap were refreshed. PR5830 isdd3ffe4c1b391b8d757969a9aa9b2f7c02a32117. Its complete cost optimum and emitted word are predecessor evidence. I take its released secondary-objective handoff. I will compute the exact sharp RAW row norm at every actual source representation epoch, then use the retained optimal dual's complementary-slackness conditions to construct a word with the smallest peak field amplification at the same minimum scalar tariff. A feasible integer potential and a negative cycle for the strict smaller-peak constraints will certify both sides. All entry/exit SCALEs, native maps, private resets, public endpoints and the complete local cost remain explicit. This is a new word and a secondary construction optimum. It does not take Discussion2750's active exact-error runtime work on the frozen PR5826 word. Rounded/native-child precision and physical reset implementation are outside this scope; a sharp ideal amplification bound is not that complete error theorem. Stop if there is no strict improvement or no exact optimality witness. Source is the full frozen word and unbounded cost-optimal gauge face, not a sampled parameter box. LOCAL-ONLY. Credit PR5830/5824 and all P104 authors, plus PR5819/Adam Gall/ywz65/PR2878 for the source norm/error context. New work by Ali Romman with substantial OpenAI Codex assistance; no subagents. Expiry2026-10-27T05:00:00Z. No new kappa or selected-frontier change. |
|
FINDING / SCOPE UPDATE — the PR5830 cost optimum already minimizes ideal peak amplification at65537. Exact complementary-slackness constraints and a two-edge negative cycle exclude a strict reduction at exactly the same scalar cost. This local screen is not counted as a contribution. New construction scope: price the exact tradeoff instead of requiring zero extra scalar cost. I will construct the cheapest complete gauge word under each source-bound dyadic peak cap, down to the unavoidable output peak2. A constrained optimum needs the full source coefficient graph, all boundary SCALEs, exact nonnegative norm multipliers, a matching conserved dual, and the emitted word. The goal is a large amplification reduction that still improves the original scalar allowance; no rounded-error or physical reset theorem is inferred. Main/priorities and live overlap were refreshed again. This stays on the exact released PR5830 source and takes no frozen-word error-runtime work from Discussion2750. The original norm hypotheses and attribution remain. New evidence is LOCAL-ONLY until publication. Ali Romman with substantial OpenAI Codex assistance; no subagents. Expiry2026-10-27T05:15:00Z. No new kappa or selected-frontier change. |

DONE / RELEASED — 8/10: Construct P104 at the sharp amplification floor and optimal original-budget peak. Two complete words attain sharp ideal peak 96 at scalar allowance 224878 and the absolute output floor 2 at allowance 242734. Strict peak below 96 costs at least 224992, so 96 is optimal within the original 224880 budget. Both words fit the full retained local allowance. Validation: All 16 exact norm-price certificates, two complete legal words, every native representation invariant, 782-axis forward and 611524-coefficient reverse checks pass. Registered normal/-O, committed bytes, export and sealed solver-free replay pass.. Exact head |

CLAIM — complete global installation of the released G20 dependency-trace word. Contribution 9 takes PR5828 at fc24bd1 into the exact PR5708 physical caller. I will rebuild all 18 local calls, query prefix/owner/version/epoch descriptors, private episodes, call intervals, stream hashes and the positive finite primitive bound. Every public and dirty-owned endpoint, paid/native rank and productive target must remain fixed. The source-local native invariant and a separate global transpose check must hold. This closes the global-compilation limitation stated by PR5807 and PR5828; it is not a second claim for their local search. Canonical main de5ec2e and priority 8 refreshed at 04:15 UTC. All live open PRs, latest updated Discussions and cached complete history were checked. PR5801/5805/5820 port-basis work is retained as separate; no physical ROW kernel or variable-caller scope is taken. The latest P104 composition is already covered by PR5811 and PR5827 and is excluded. Scope expires 2026-10-27T06:15:00Z. New evidence is LOCAL-ONLY until publication. Credit Ali Romman, ai-nanachi, Dugongue, the exact PR5708/5679/5671/5512 construction lineage and all retained native/controller/compiler authors. New global integration by Ali Romman with substantial OpenAI Codex assistance; no subagents. No new kappa, selected-frontier change, merge or closure. |

DONE / RELEASED — 9/10: Install the shorter G20 word in all 18 physical calls with fresh source records. The 311244-event caller realizes all 5760 predecessor ADD savings. Every query, target and owner contract is retained; the exact positive majorant falls from 384 to 379 bits. The new finite primitive bound is 952838302881. Validation: All 11070 input axes and the separate full transpose, 56223 exact query sources, 2529 private lifetimes and the positive complete fee pass. Registered normal/-O, committed bytes, official export and sealed read-only Git-free replay pass.. Exact head |

CLAIM — shorter exact G20 controller boundary words, installed in the complete caller. Contribution 10 takes the released PR5834 caller at 95c3dee. Its two 32-bank boundary maps are exact inverses, but the source words cost 101 and 59 unit ADDs per port. The reversed cheaper word is already a concrete 42-ADD saving per port. I will push exact dependency/window synthesis on both orientations, emit the best attained inverse pair, and rebuild the entire caller and all chronological source records. Every boundary matrix coefficient, all physical polynomial terms, every native query input and the full signed bill must stay fixed. Swaps cost three ADDs; no renaming or free route is assumed. Canonical main de5ec2e and priority 8 refreshed at 04:24 UTC. Live PR/Discussion overlap and the cached complete search show no reservation of this fixed G20 boundary construction. Active P104 helper/caller lanes, PR5820 port bases and physical ROW kernels are excluded. Stop at a fully checked useful construction and a bounded fixed-point report; no global word minimum is assumed. Expiry 2026-10-27T06:15:00Z. New evidence is LOCAL-ONLY until publication. Credit the retained PR5708/5671/5512 controller lineage, Dugongue, ai-nanachi and all earlier authors. PR5807/5828 supply exact synthesis tools; PR5834 supplies the complete caller integration. New boundary construction by Ali Romman with substantial OpenAI Codex assistance; no subagents. No new kappa, selected-frontier change, merge or closure. |
|
SCOPE UPDATE — exploit the actual equal-target pairs in the G20 diagonal. The fixed-matrix inverse construction saves 42 ADDs per port. Exact four-role/dependency fixed points and 5000 bidirectional elimination trials did not shorten its 59-ADD word further. These checks are bounded, not a lower bound. A larger construction changes the boundary basis inside each of the 16 pairs with identical target polynomials. If P is the physical core and L P R = D, a pair permutation S commutes with D. Thus (S^-1 L) P (R S) = D with the exact original labeled diagonal. The new words are emitted and fully charged; this does not use a free physical swap. Exhaustive enumeration of all 65536 pair orientations gives a best 38-ADD right word and its 38-ADD inverse, versus the original combined 160. The attaining orientation uses 14 ADDs and eight paid three-ADD swaps per side. This changes actual native query values. The earlier promise to keep those values fixed is superseded: the exact physical polynomial endpoint and arbitrary-input local contracts must establish compatibility, and every changed query source record will be regenerated. The paid ranks, productive targets, local words, owned inventory and physical core remain fixed. I will not reuse source prefix hashes or claim a global CNOT optimum. Canonical main and live overlap were refreshed again before this pivot. The fixed G20 controller boundary scope remains distinct from active P104/variable-caller work. All inherited framework assumptions and attribution remain. New evidence is LOCAL-ONLY; scope expiry remains 2026-10-27T06:15:00Z. No new kappa or selected-frontier change. |

DONE / RELEASED — 10/10: Halve G20 boundary work with equal-target bases and a complete physical caller. The complete boundary cost falls from 160 to 76 ADDs per port (52.5%), saving 9324 ADDs across 111 ports. The fully rebuilt 301920-event caller has positive majorant 375 bits rather than 379 and finite primitive bound 952838284233. All paid ranks, targets and owned contracts remain fixed. Validation: All 65536 exact boundary matrices and a separate cycle census, full physical polynomial coefficients, 11070-axis forward/transpose, 56223 source relations and all positive costs pass. Normal/-O, source corruption, committed bytes and sealed Git-free replay pass.. Exact head |

DONE / RELEASED — all ten constructions are published. No investigation scope remains reserved in this batch.
Each round started from refreshed canonical main; priorities and live overlap were checked before the round, at material pivots and before submission. The base stayed de5ec2e, priority 8. All packages preserve exact source bytes, predecessor notices and explicit open questions. No PR was merged or closed, and the selected frontier is unchanged. The packages supply local normal/optimized checks and complete sealed Git-free replays, with scope-specific source and semantic rejection controls. For the final two callers, the full arbitrary-input and separate transpose maps cover 11070 axes and 122544900 Boolean coefficients. PR5840 also checks all 65536 boundary matrices, a separate cycle census, every physical polynomial and all 56223 native source relations. Final package replay took 28.09 seconds in a read-only, empty-PATH export; all 20 files retained bytes and modes. Published bodies, rendered commands and all ten exact heads were read back. These are implementation checks, not independent human acceptance. Hosted status: exact logs for PRs 1–9 show the same eight failures and two errors in unchanged current-assignment tests, so scientific replay was skipped. PR5761 contains the existing shared repair. PR5840 planning is still in progress at this handoff; no hosted scientific success is claimed. Each PR states its own verification evidence and limit. All five framework assumptions remain. Finite cost and ideal-amplification improvements do not discharge physical ROW/tape, native-child rounding, reset, storage or analytic admission. Later PR5838 reports a completed-error guard and a gauge-invariant obstruction on PR5830 under its own contract; it has not been independently replayed here. A smaller ideal peak does not by itself lower the completed-error guard. Smallest next tasks: independently check the new boundary basis against the exact target pairs; supply physical coefficient-specific port tariffs on the new caller; or produce a cheaper general GL2 target-pair basis and rebuild its full source/invoice evidence. The P104 error and physical-reset contracts remain separate. Do not infer a global circuit optimum from the stated finite normal-form or gauge optima. Ali Romman with substantial OpenAI Codex assistance; no subagents. Retain Joel Pulikkan/GamingPuzzled, Dugongue, ai-nanachi, ToikY, flyingviper, Mason Hale, Adam Gall, ywz65, NetworkX and every native/helper/controller/compiler/BIT/analytic predecessor named in the individual packages. No other contributor's result is counted as an additional contribution here. |
