The functionality is only available in tests and not exposed as part of the public API. This is mostly due to the fact that XML validation is based on `libxml2`, thus requiring CGO. Signed-off-by: nscuro <nscuro@protonmail.com>

libxml2, thus requiring CGO.Performing the schema validation ourselves enables us to work on supporting new specification versions, before they are supported by the CycloneDX CLI (e.g. #90).
