This should not be merged until after [dmd #786](dlang/dmd#786 has been merged).
And even then, it probably shouldn't be uploaded until after dmd 2.059 is released since it wouldn't work until then. I really feel this repository needs to start using a development branch. Several people have been confused by the website having stuff that isn't true yet (especially with the changelog).
