Followup in #691. I don't have any issues with building dpl-docs right now. Also please file bugzilla issues when dpl-docs don't work. |

PDF generation got rotten and this fixes it. Also I had to disable automatic generation of dpl-docs because it's broken. Please review timely, thanks!
