This doesn't fix all the warnings, not even close. But it does manage to create the .mobi file.
If we want correct HTML output, we need to stop putting things like lists and code examples in paragraph blocks.
This also now looks for just
kindlegeninstead of\kindlegen\kindlegen, and added the automatically generateddlangspec.dto the ignore list.
