Separate
ClassInfofromTypeInfo_Classagain, and use it as a base class of bothTypeInfo_ClassandTypeInfo_Interface.Requires corresponding dmd change: dlang/dmd#4711
Unfortunately, we need to fix compiler and druntime code at the same time.
