You need to add the produced html file to posix.mak. I think it's in SRC_DOCUMENTABLES. Thx!

Please don't, the module is a broken hack and we shouldn't commit to it even further.
There are lots of non-broken ways to improve error diagnostic, e.g. printing the stacktrace when returning from the signal handler but still exiting afterwards.
