  • also use nicer D-style array cast instead of C-style

I've left out the second commit because it's an unrelated change and introduces a runtime call to _d_arraycast.

Sorry for my ignorance in how druntime works.

And who have to close the issue? Is it issue reporter, pull sender or pull committer?
