I didn't see this before. This is good. Those things were a real eye sore. Ideally, they should be made documented unittests, but at least, this gets step 1 of 2 done. |

Currently, making examples runnable is processed by dlang.org/js/run.js, so these $(D_RUN_CODE ...) would be redundant.
