I Upgrade CrownSegmentationcli from PyTorch to Pytorch lightning.
At the same time, I changed :
- how the CMake builds CrownSegmentationcli.
- "rotation" by "subdivision level" on the user interface
- the widgets related to the subdivision level offer 1 to 10 for scaling with 4 selected automatically.
- the progress bar advances each time one file is segmented
