Mediaupload bug ans doc

Hi,

a small problem in mediaupload: slasspath function has been removed from typo3 and should be replaced.

is there a documentation about the mediaupload renderlet, a description of the keywords and meaning. An example would be welcome.

I'm afraid there is no documentation for the renderlet. And I'm afraid there will never be as we don't plan further development of mkforms.

But maybe try the UPLOAD renderlet. It should be working.

As long as we have some projects using mkforms we will do that. But mkforms is low on our list of priorities

HiI really appreciate mkforms. I think it is great and I am using it many ways.The main problem I am experiencing is manic in your latest version, which prevents me from updating typo3. We will have a look at your bug reports. But I can't give you a timeline when this will happen. Nevertheless I would strongly recommend to migrate to EXT:form or custom extbase plugins. This will make your life a lot easier and your sites run faster, trust me. There are not many things mkforms can do out of the box those 2 alternatives can't do. Ajax might be one but there is a super easy solution to add ajax support to EXT:form forms.

Hi,I managed to have mediaupload running, so that fixed the issue. I copied the missing function into the mediaupload renderlet.Concerning changing to ext:form would be a big investment for now, but I hope that you will fix the majix calls that are not getting to the right url, so that we can update to typo3 10 and eventually to typo3 11.I appreciate your help and effort Best regardsDr sc.
