OSSF Scorecard Generation Workflow
Problem
Without this action, we cannot generate a OSSF scorecard report for internal repos.
Solution
This action generates metrics about internal repositories to save on internal repos
instead of adding the information to the OSSF scorecard api like you should
with a public repository.
Test Plan
I tested the Bash script locally and it works.
