Welcome to Assignment 3!

For details on how to run the assignment (Submission mode) see here and in the assignment itself (hw3.Rmd and hw3.ipynb).

In general:

1. You need to have your own private repo of the assignment.
2. Clone this repo locally.
3. Fill in the assignment notebook (local installation or Docker).
4. Push the repo back to Github before due date.
5. You're done. 💅
