- Soil water initialization simplified. Limits to air dry in top layer, LL in other layers, SAT in all layers. Messaging added to Warning.OUT file.
- Soil N balance adjusted to fix imbalance due to last day of N uptake. Cumulative N uptake is now calculated at the same time that it is removed from soil layers.
- WYEAR added to Summary.OUT file for Forecast mode
- don't limit top layer to LL - print messages in Warning.OUT for SWinit < LL and SWinit > SAT - remove 2nd initialization call to SOILDYN for SEASINIT, instead just reset SW to SW_init Next steps: - get rid of init in STEMP? - think about SoilDyn vs WatBal for init
