App grabs system-wide volume vocus while chromecasting #40

When chromecasting no matter what app has focus, adjusting volume only adjusts the put.io chromecast volume. This doesn't happen with other chromecast enabled apps for me.

Hmm, is this not the desired behavior in the Cast design guidelines? I'll
have to read those again.
