Fix port offsetting in the case where the connection service is used #173

try offsetting port for since urlparse doesn't work with port = *, which happens when the connection service is used.

I created a software area based on the 07-Dec nightly build, cloned nanorc, merged the nanorc develop branch into this branch, pip installed nanorc, and ran the usual integtests (with the --nanorc-option partition-number 3 pytest argument), and things looked good.
