Hey! Simply go to the release page and download the thing you need (Windows Standalone or Windows VST3).

If you use the VST3, you can put the vst file under C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3 (that's usually where vst3 goes on Windows).

when try to add an audio it says “check your file format (accepted format wav aiff flac”

What's the format of the audio file you tried to add?

Note that .mp3 is not supported yet.

I don't know what format it is, but you need to convert it to either wav, aiff or flac.
