  • Fixed app crash on reload — React Rules of Hooks violation caused a blank blue screen after Ctrl+Shift+R
  • Fixed "Failed to fetch" on Generate Teams — better error messages for network errors, invalid API keys, and rate limits
  • Fixed collapsed team drag breaking child positions — hidden children now maintain relative positions when their parent team is moved
  • Fixed Generate not respecting team/agent counts — prompt now enforces exact counts instead of treating them as maximums

Improvements

  • Updated welcome message — guides users to click the "You" node instead of outdated "double-click canvas" instructions
  • Auto-opens inspector on blank layouts so new users land in the right place
