YH:

• Provides a quick summary and reiterates determination to submit to JOSS

• ZB established the landing page

• YF pyipi implemented

• Question: any outstanding issues to be addressed before JOSS submission

• A: none

• Contrib folder, or equivalent, for untested code contributions is desirable

ZB:

• Autorelease process tested yesterday

• Autorelease for demos would be desirable for future development (post r1)

• YH agrees, queries current availability of resources/time

• Should landing page be handled in DeepReg repo, or should it have its own dedicated repo?

• Separate repo is agreed to facilitate expandability and to host images etc. without bloating DeepReg repo

• Version should be 0.0.XXX until release. Post release should be 0.1.XXX. Release notes must reflect version and changes in pull requests.

• Major bug fixes and additions need to be included in release notes as part of versioning

• Readthedocs now hosts all documentation. Mixed rst and md files - be cautious on formatting

• Tightening up on commit and pull request messages is required - to be discussed

• Please flag 404 errors and any other issues spotted by raising issues

• Monday - split branch into main and dev branches on Monday, with all work continuing on dev branch
