Add a ReplayGain page and document recent changes - New ReplayGain page: track and album gain, gain adjustment, clipping, the Local Explorer dialog, download tagging, and the tags written. - Usage Guide: ReplayGain in Local Explorer and Settings, the compact queue layout, Diagnostics, and Reset Zoom in the spectrogram. New sections are marked as coming in the next release. - Installation: pick the zip that matches the PC's architecture, and fix the install_fluentdl.cmd file name. - Logging and diagnostics: replace the link to the deleted feature/important-logging branch. - Home: link the ReplayGain page.
