The current design of our website displays a background image without an overlay.

This makes the content hard to read and impacts the overall user experience. To improve this, we should consider adding a semi-transparent overlay to the background image to enhance readability and aesthetics.

I suggest to implement a semi-transparent overlay, possibly a darkened layer, to our background image. This can be achieved using CSS, anyone can contribute to the code for this improvement.
