Can't load v <= 0.10 journals with v >= 0.12 #5

JournalEntry.Id was changed from long to ulong in version 0.12. Loading a journal written with an earlier version will fail.

0.13.1 will resolve this issue using custom deserialization code for JournalEntry

          fixes journal version compat issues #5 and #6
