POC kind of application to add the dynamic tab using React

To Run this application you need to follow below mentioned steps

1. Execute the command "npm install".
2. if all packages install successfully you need to buid the bundle of source code so you need to execute the command "npm run build".
3. once it successfully build now you need to execute the start command "npm run start".
4. server will be start on localhost:3000, now go to the browser and hit localhost:3000.
