Linking with x86_64-w64-mingw32-gcc failed; ld cannot find -lshlwapi

Hey guys, I'm a little unfamiliar with Windows development. I'm trying to just run the basic hello world for Dioxus but I keep getting the following error. I have tried searching for this but I'm not finding anything relevant. A lot of references to MSYS toolchain but as I said, I may be too unfamiliar with Windows dev to figure this out.

I was able to resolve this by:

1. Uninstalling all Visual Studio versions and Rust
2. Carefully following the instructions at https://doc.rust-lang.org/book/ch01-01-installation.html#installing-rustup-on-windows
3. Starting a fresh cargo project for the hello world.
