Unless otherwise specified, the dependencies of Python scripts will be in the requirements.txt file and the version of Python you should use is >= 3.7.
The legacy API was written for PHP 7.1 and is not up to date.
If a tool requires any other files to work with it, they will be included with the tool as .example files.
