We maintain our translations using Crowdin platform. I've just added Myanmar language as one of targeted languages there: https://crowdin.com/project/django-girls-tutorial/my

If you wish, you can start working on that translation, in the meanwhile I'm closing that ticket, as translation progress we can track there.
