Backups page (R7, PR #332): new page Backups, restore section for every backup
New page Backups v0.1 (what is and is not in a backup, the key, schedule,
test, download, where they are). Troubleshooting v1.26: restore section
covers the Backups page's backups, new entries for its error messages.
Deployment v0.16, Home v0.19, Users-and-Roles v0.7, Server-Maintenance

New page Change-Log (what is recorded and masked, fail-closed areas,
filters, address, the optional TeamSpeak log copy, retention), linked from
Home and the sidebar. Users-and-Roles, Privacy-and-Hosting (new section on
what the server keeps about changes) and Query-Console point to it.
