Manuscript Matrix 0.9.1
Elapsed-day badges now stay current while Manuscript Matrix remains open. Previously, an unchanged matrix cell could keep showing an older day count even though its popover showed the correct value.
- A shared display clock refreshes relative dates every minute and immediately after app activation, wake or a system clock change.
- Matrix badges, detailed cards, popovers, inspectors and history views use the same clock.
- Existing boards and manuscript histories require no migration and are not modified by clock updates.
Validation: 37 tests, including UI regressions for unchanged cells and lifecycle notifications; CLI/MCP integration; source and app privacy audits. Universal arm64/x86_64 build for macOS 15 or later. Runtime validation was performed on Apple silicon; Intel was cross-compiled.
The ZIP includes a Developer ID signed, Apple-notarized app with a stapled ticket and bundled MCP helper. Download the ZIP, extract it, and replace the app in Applications. Personal board data stays in Application Support.

Data and verification
A fresh installation opens an empty board. No personal records, private development history or local build paths are included. Updating the app leaves its separately stored user board in place. This release fixes first-write conflict detection for a previously missing board.
Validated with 35 unit tests, CLI/MCP integration tests, source/bundle privacy checks, and signature, notarization, Gatekeeper and extracted-ZIP ticket verification. Runtime smoke checks were performed on Apple silicon; Intel was cross-compiled and inspected, not tested on physical Intel hardware.
See the README for setup and MCP configuration. Connect only AI clients you trust with the board contents.
