Hotfix: patches data moved from GDocs to JSON

This time the release doesn't need Internet connection because patch data is stored directly in JS scripts and not fetched from Google Sheets.
Web server is required for running it locally, as internal fetch requests generate CORS-related errors otherwise.

PiKlib patcher - first release

This is the first release summarising all the changes commited from the beginning of the project, including:

• designing pages appearance,
• introducing drag and drop support,
• providing strings translation interface.

The release isn't self-contained: it needs Internet connection in order to fetch patch data from Google Sheets.
