I have compiled the newest version and it seems that the bot is only responding to me, no one else in my chat.

Hey 40wattrange

Afraid I couldn't reproduce the issue

When you hit connect in the bot after entering in the OAuth and Client key, does the bot show as 'Connected' in Chat?

The Bot has to abide by normal twitch rules so if it is trying to send the same message it will not work unless it has VIP / MOD.

For some of the plugins like 'Replace Word' they have their own cooldown.

Can you show me a screenshot of chat where the bot will respond to your message but not a different message?

EDIT: Just in case I've also updated to the latest TWITCHLIB package as it was a version or two behind - not sure if this would impact but doesn't hurt

Thanks for the feedback.
Glad the earlier version worked fine (although unusual)

The first version of the code you downloaded, was that via the releases page or from the Code drop down menu?

Circled back to this today to try to see if it would work again.

Downloaded the zip rather than a release, but still seem to have the same issue.

Seems the issue I am having is that the bot connects, sees the trigger word - then breaks if someone other than the broadcaster triggers it. In the following image I have it set to 1 second cool down with 100% chance of firing, but it seems if anyone says anything other than me - it breaks the response, and sometimes just crashes it.
