What are we going to do here?

A PDF upload?
Link to a website?

I would say the option for either would be the best way

Ideally pdfs as I don't think it'd be very good having links taking away from the site. That's where things can get confusing especially on mobile devices I think

I think the easiest way to do this would be to link form somewhere else. Means we don't have to worry about file uploads.
