Tools
Python package for physics modeling.

Tools Magnetic field generated by a coil crossed by an electric current. (Example 1)

Tools Trajectory of an electron in a sinusoidal magnetic field. (Example 1)

Tools Gravitational field generated by a binary system. (Example 2)

Tools Stars orbiting a supermassive black hole. (Example 3)

For each example you can :

  • Launch Settings.py to display the settings.
  • Edit Settings.py to change the settings.
  • Launch Process.py to generate a new simulation.
  • Launch Display.py to display the simulation.

The simulated experiences can be exported in pdf and mp4. It may be interesting to rework the exported files with Inkscape. Here is an example of a study of an antimatter magnetic trap (see ALPHA experiment).

Tools
Trap geometry.

Tools

Tools
Generated magnetic field. (Cut 2 / Normalized / Octupolar coil not displayed)

Tools
Generated magnetic field. (Cut 3 / Not normalized)

Tools
Logarithm of the magnetic field norm in longitudinal cut. (Octupolar coil not displayed)

Tools
Trajectory of the anti-hydrogen with sinusoidal magnetic field.

Project report available on highhopes.fr for a better understanding of the code.
