In ece2cmor3 the tables associated with high frequencies like the hourly or sub hourly tables are not implemented because such output is very costly in terms of output volume. Also climatology or decadal output has never been implemented until now. However, the combination of such a table with an identified (available) EC-Earth3 variable, cause an error at cmorisation because the required frequency or the required procedure is not available for the following tables:

Oclim
Odec
monC
Esubhr
E1hr
E1hrClimMon

Such table - variable combinations can be excluded by genecec for the case the request is based on a cmip6 data request (.xlsx) file ( the general genecec case). Which reduces the amount of (possible) errors at cmorisation time which avoids unnecessary error worries and real relevant errors are better spotted.

With the result here the number of reported test-all errors in #542 is significantly reduced.
