No Menu

EDDI 4.01 loads fine. But I do not have a menu screen. If i Alt Tab to it, there is just a blank screen. It tells me that is is working and It does give me status in ED but I evidently do not have access to the stand alone menu. If I load 4.0 it tells me to use the stand alone version and update.

Maybe something with the window state is messed up? Try using SHIFT + RIGHT CLICK on the taskbar icon and select to move or restore the window?
