I suggest you use EDMC for now, and not EDD-EDMC.
EDMC is undergoing evolution at the moment, with legacy issues being addressed and a new plugin interface on the way.
Until that finished, it makes tracking it to keep this compatible hard.
Please use the real EDMC for now.

Added some missing .p and .csv files to allow more compatibility with plugins which do not follow the rules to the letter.

Made sure the tools which use requests do actually work and pick up the certificates correctly.
