Better explanation for Windows compilation

I would like to use your CEEMDAN-GPU implementation on my Windows laptop (which has a CUDA compatible GPU -> GeForceMX150: sm_61).
Could you elaborate in detail the different steps required to use your code for windows users?
I have very poor knowledge about CUDA programming, but i would like to benefit from your great work.
