When not coming from minio, the user is prompted to say whether they have e_data/e_meta or multiple sample files from CoreMS. If they choose e_data/e_meta, then they proceed as with the original FREDA, otherwise they upload all their CoreMS files and proceed to the special preprocessing tab for CoreMS data.
